Job Role:

We are seeking a Power Platform Technical Lead with 6-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 CE, with a strong focus on solution architecture, development best practices, and team mentoring.

Responsibilities:

• Drive power platform implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment.
• Lead system architecture design in partnership with development teams, defining customization
• Provide technical mentorship and upskilling for the development team
• Lead end-user training and create documentation for knowledge transfer.
• Propose technical solutions based on client needs and ensure the scalability and maintainability of the system
• Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps) for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.
• Customize and configure Power Pages websites, including lists, forms, web pages, page templates, web roles, and security settings.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Project Operations, Field Service and marketing)
• Develop C# plugins, JavaScript, and XRM Toolbox customizations for Dynamics 365.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and external data sources.
• Design scalable and secure Power Platform & Dynamics 365 architectures.
• Implement Power Platform governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Optimize performance of Power page, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365.

• Optimize code performance and maintainability following best practices.
