Job Description

The Solution Architect is responsible for the technical integrity of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations while providing technical guidance to clients and scrum masters within the delivery team. The Solution Architect supports both the Scrum Masters and technical leads in implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices, solution architecture, and governance.

The Solution Architect is a day-to-day technical resource on assigned projects and acts as a single technical point of contact for the customer and delivery team. The role also includes mentoring Power Apps and Power Platform developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, and contributing to product development.

Minimum 8-10 Years’ experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment.
• Serve as the client’s main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively managing issues, risks, and project timelines.
• Lead system architecture design in partnership with development teams, defining customization and data migration strategies using SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Develop and refine CRM implementation standards and tools.
• Provide technical mentorship and upskilling for the development team in Dynamics 365 architecture and governance.
• Lead end-user training and create documentation for knowledge transfer.
• Propose technical solutions based on client needs and ensure the scalability and maintainability of the system.
• Design and implement Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-driven Apps).
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation.
• Implement Power Virtual Agents for AI-driven chatbots.
• Design Power BI dashboards and integrate them with Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Optimize Dynamics 365 performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop custom connectors and integrations between Power Platform and third-party applications.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance within the Power Platform environment.
• Optimize data architecture using Dataverse, SharePoint, and external data sources.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop, maintain and Provide technical guidance on C# plugins, JavaScript customizations, and XRM Toolbox
• Lead migrations from Dynamics on-premise and upgrades to the latest Dynamics 365 versions.
• Design Azure-based integrations and cloud solutions.
• Improve CI/CD processes for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
• Manage and mitigate technical risks and technical debt across projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and CRM solutions.
• Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and developing MS Dynamics CRM.
• Strong experience on DevOps, Agile methodology, and SDLC best practices
• Experience in developing Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and custom components (PCF).
• Expertise in Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and Azure connectors.
• Experience with Power Platform security and compliance best practices.
• Strong experience in solution architecture for Power Platform applications.
• Expertise in C# plugins, JavaScript
• Proven experience in migrating Dynamics CRM versions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
• Experience integrating Power Platform and Dynamics 365 with external systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and project management principles.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and train stakeholders
• Experience in designing enterprise-grade low-code/no-code solutions.
