Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team and work on exciting projects. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Ruby on Rails development, as well as proficiency in other web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using RSpec to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Implement front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Version control using Git, ensuring proper branching, merging, and code review processes.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Experience

• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong Frontend experience or Angularjs
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Skills Required

• Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with GitLab or other similar CI/CD platforms.
• Knowledge of Cypress or Selenium for automated testing.
• Familiarity with deployment and hosting platforms such as Heroku.
• Proficiency in jQuery or other JavaScript libraries.
• Experience with CircleCI or other continuous integration pipelines.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
