Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team and work on exciting projects. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Ruby on Rails development, as well as proficiency in other web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using RSpec to ensure code quality and reliability.
Implement front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Version control using Git, ensuring proper branching, merging, and code review processes.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Experience

Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience.
Strong Frontend experience or Angularjs
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Solid understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
Ability to work in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
